By accepting our Terms & Condition on checkout or posting your media to us you are accepting the following:
1. Tape To DVD Transfer does not accept any liability for loss or damage of media in transit, other than refund of monies paid to us for services not rendered. Please ensure that you send us your media by a tracked sign for delivery service. When we send orders to customers we hold back up files on our system for safety.
2. Your media in our care. In the extremely unlikely event of us causing damage to your media, Tape To DVD Transfer liability is restricted to the amount paid to us for your order and the replacement cost of your media only. Tape to DVD Transfer is not liable for any sentimental value.
3. By accepting our Terms & Conditions you are stating that you own copyright or have the permission of the copyright owner to copy the media you are sending. Tape To DVD Transfer does not accept any liability for copyright infringement. Tape To DVD Transfer will not copy / convert media recordings protected by copyright. Tape To DVD Transfer reserves the right to refuse recordings we believe to be illegal in nature.
4. Tape To DVD Transfer is not liable for any loss of profits, revenues, business contracts or loss of goodwill arising from this service due to any event, including negligence on our part. Liability is restricted to refunds of monies paid to Tape To DVD Transfer for services and only in exceptional circumstances
5. Refunds. If there is a problem with your order you must contact us as soon as possible. Media that we send to you that is not working correctly will be replaced, not refunded. We back up your video files for 30 days. We encourage all customers to make their own back up copies upon receipt of orders.
